Cooking in Color Series – 🍚Bright Whites: Clean, Simple Recipes with a Minimalist Touch

The White Cosmopolitan – Lemon Vodka, Elderflower, and White Cranberry

2 ounces (60 ml) Citrus vodka
1/2 ounce (15 ml) Elderflower liqueur
1 ounce (30ml) White cranberry juice
Wedge of lemon for garnish

Combine in a shaker filled with ice and shake well.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Squeeze a wedge of lemon just before serving.
