=== 🍽🍸🥩 RECIPE ===
8 ounces (226 g) sushi-grade tuna, diced (keep it very cold, or partially frozen to help it dice)
3 tablespoons chopped scallions (green part only)
3 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 1/2 teaspoons jalepeno, chopped
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
A package of fresh wonton wrappers
For the Fried Wontons:
Heat ½ inch (1.25cm) of vegetable oil to 350° (180°C)
Add wontons and fry for 30 to 45 seconds per side.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and serve on the baked wonton wrappers immediately.
Other serving options: crackers, cucumber slices or place on a tower of avocados.
