This Loaded Baked Potato Dip has all your favorite flavors — sour cream, sharp cheddar, bacon, chives, and a splash of hot sauce — without any peeling, mashing, or fuss. Perfect for game day, holidays, or anytime you need a fast, comforting snack.

=== 🍽🍸🥩 RECIPE ===
16 ounces (454g) Sour Cream
8 ounces (226g) sharp cheddar, shredded
8 strips of bacon, crispy bacon, chopped
1 bunch fresh chives, minced (about 3 tablespoons)
2 teaspoons hot sauce
Hot cooked waffle fries

In a bowl, add the sour cream, cheddar, sauce along with most of the bacon and chives. Reserve some of each to sprinkle over the top. Stir to combine and refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, sprinkle the reserved bacon and chives over the top.

Serve with the hot waffle fries.
