Creamy Goat Cheese And Tart Cranberry Stuffed Into Tender Chicken Breasts
Are you bored with plain chicken breast? Cranberry Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast. A flavorful adventure where tender chicken meets the irresistible allure of goat cheese and the delightful burst of cranberries.
=== 🍽🍸🥩 RECIPE ===
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
5 ounces (140g) plain goat cheese
2 tablespoons milk or cream
4 ounces (60g) dried cranberries
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
Salt, Pepper, Poultry seasoning,
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C)
To make the stuffing: Combine goat cheese, milk, and dried cranberries in a bowl. Mix until combined, and set aside.
To prepare the chicken: Cut a small pocket in the chicken breast with a sharp knife. Season the inside of the pocket with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Place a spoon full of the stuffing in each breast. Don’t overstuff. Season outside with salt and pepper.
In a hot skillet, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place chicken breasts top side down to brown for about 4-7 minutes. Turn chicken over, and place in oven. Bake until the internal temperature reaches 155°F (68°C). Remove from oven and place chicken on a plate. Wrap loosely in foil. Carry over cooking with finish the chicken at 160°F (71°C).
Make your favorite gravy from the chicken drippings and fond in the pan.
