Grilled Caesar Asparagus – If Caesar Salad and Asparagus had a Baby !

=== 🍽🍸🥩 RECIPE ===
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 large egg yolk
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 anchovy fillets, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 ounces (120ml) plus 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
1/4 cup (35g) grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup (30g) shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 baguette, sliced thickly
1 pound (450g) asparagus, ends trimmed

Preheat your grill (or grill pan)

While the grill is heating, make the dressing:
Whisk lemon juice, egg yolk, garlic, Worcestershire, mustard, anchovies, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper until combined. Slowly add 4 ounces (120 ml) of olive oil, while constantly whisking until smooth. Add the grated parmesan, and whisk to combine. Set aside.

Brush the bread slices all over with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Grill until browned on each side. Tear into bite-size pieces.

Toss asparagus with 2 or 3 tablespoons of the dressing. Grill until tender and slightly charred.

Transfer to a serving platter. Drizzle with the remaining dressing. Top with the bread and remaining shredded cheese.
