Indulgent Chocolate Peanut Butter Martini – A Sweet And Boozy Treat!
What better way to start a celebration than with a cocktail. Or is it dessert? You can do both with my Chocolate Peanut Butter Martini.
=== RECIPE ===
— Makes 2 drinks
6 ounces (180ml) Peanut Butter Whiskey
3 ounces (90ml) Bailey’s Chocolate Liqueur
Chocolate Syrup
8-10 Peanut butter cookies crumbled (depending on the size)
2 Martini Glasses
To Prepare the Glasses:
Place cookies in plastic zip top bag and smash to fine crumbs with a heavy pan or rolling pin. (Can also be done in a food processor.) Place crumbs on a shallow plate.
Pour chocolate syrup in a shallow plate, enough to cover.
Dip the rim of each glass into the chocolate syrup, then into the cookie crumbs. Set glasses aside.
In a shaker of ice, combine the whiskey and chocolate liqueur. Shake well. Double strain into the prepared glasses.
