For brunch today we are starting with cocktail called The Grapefruit and Rose Martini and building a charcuterie tray for snacking on the porch after the Live Stream.

2 ounces (60 ml) Grapefruit & Rose Vodka
1/2 ounce (15 ml) Cointreau
1 ounce (30 ml) Ruby red grapefruit
1/2 tablespoon Grenadine

Combine in a shaker with ice and shake well.
Double strain into a frozen martini glass. Garnish with a piece of red grapefruit or rose petal.
