Tahini Fudge with Dates and Chocolate – Vegan Friendly and Sugar Free

When you think fudge, you think sweet chocolate. My tahini fudge with dates and chocolate is a tasty treat that is not so sweet. The flavor of peanut butter from the sesame tahini allows the sweetness of dates to replace sugar to make a healthy and decadent treat.

=== 🍽🍸🥩 RECIPE ===
16 ounce (454g) jar Tahini, excess oil drained and reserved
15 ounces (429g) Medjool Dates, pitted and roughly chopped
1/4 cup (25g) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
4 tablespoons Coconut Oil at room temperature
1 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt

Line an 8×8 (20 x 20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper.

Add the dates to the food processor and pulse a few times. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until well combined and almost smooth. Pour into the pan and smooth out. Refrigerate for an hour or until fully set. Once set, remove from the pan and slice into pieces. Store in the refrigerator. Eat chilled straight from the fridge!
