Bourbon Pomegranate Smash (makes 2)

5 ounces (150ml) Bourbon
2 ounces (60ml) Pomegranate Juice
1 ounce (30ml) Lemon Juice
1 ounce (30ml) Simple Syrup
Garnish with Rosemary

Combine in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well to chill. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass or a Collins glass with nugget ice. Garnish with Rosemary
