Cucumber Martini – A Cucumber Infusion Made with Gin or Vodka

Cucumbers aren’t just for salads anymore. They can also go into martinis! Cucumbers, lemon, simple syrup and vodka or gin all come together to make my cucumber martini.

=== 🍽🍸🥩 RECIPE ===
2 ounces (60 ml) vodka or gin
2 ounces (60 ml) cucumber water
3/4 ounce (22 ml) simple syrup
3/4 ounce (22 ml) fresh lemon juice

Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well, double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with cucumber.

To make cucumber water:
Add 1/2 of a large English cucumber, chopped, to a blender. Add 6 ounces (180 ml) of water. Blend until smooth, and strain through a fine mesh strainer.
