3 Ripe Avocados, cut into bite size pieces
2 Red Grapefruits, cut into supremes
1/2 cup (110g) Mayonnaise
2-3 Tablespoons Grapefruit juice
Salt & Pepper

To make the dressing:
Combine the mayonnaise, grapefruit juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well to combine.

Combine Avocado and Grapefruit in a large bowl. Pour dressing over the top. Mix gently to coat all the avocados in the dressing. Serve immediately.
