The Pomegranate Martini β a modern version of a classic cocktail that should be enjoyed all year round! My recipe uses citrus vodka and lime to give it a crisp, sweet, tart, fruity and light flavor. Then stay tuned and watch me make two versions especially for Halloween!

2 oz. / parts Lemon Vodka (Citron)
1 oz. / part Triple sec (or Cointreau)
2 oz. / parts Pomegranate Juice
1/4 oz. / part Fresh Lime Juice (1/2 Lime)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well to combine. Serve in a chilled martini glass.
Additional garnishes: Pomegranate seeds or a lime wheel.
Halloween Options:
Rim the glass with lime juice, then dip in black sugar. In a shaker filled with ice, add ingredients from the basic recipe. Shake well to combine. Carefully pour in mixture. Garnish with a gummy worm.
