Stuffed Figs Wrapped In Prosciutto – You Won’t Be Able To Stop Eating These!

Stuffed figs wrapped in prosciutto is an elegant appetizer that is a perfect blend of sweet, savory, and salty. Elevate your palate with this exquisite fusion of flavors.

=== 🍽🍸🥩 RECIPE ===
16 medium to large Figs
4 ounces (125g) Blue Cheese, softened
16 slices Prosciutto
2 teaspoons Honey
Fresh thyme
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt & pepper

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Trim the top stem off each fig. Cut a cross part way down the fig. Squeeze the figs from the base, so the four tips splay outwards.

Mash up the blue cheese. Then place a teaspoon of the cheese on top of each fig, pressing it down into the center. Wrap each in a slice of the prosciutto – the ham should come up about 2 thirds of the fig, leaving the tips and cheese exposed.

Place in a small baking dish, then drizzle with the honey, thyme leaves, and olive oil. Season with Salt and Pepper.

Bake in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the ham has crisped slightly.

Serve warm.
