Three Little Pigs Breakfast Wrap – Happily Ever After in Bacon, Ham & Sausage

Start your morning with a fairy tale ending you can eat! This Three Little Pigs Breakfast Wrap is packed with bacon, ham, and sausage, all rolled into one easy tortilla. Perfect for beginner cooks, this quick and hearty breakfast burrito proves that happily ever after tastes like pork.

=== 🍽🍸🥩 RECIPE ===
6 large flour tortillas
12 large eggs
Splash of milk
4 ounces (113g) sausage links, sliced
4 ounces (113g) bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
4 ounces (113g) diced ham
4 ounces (113g) shredded sharp cheese
Salt & Pepper

Cook the sausage links thoroughly. Remove to a plate to cool, and drain any fat from the pan. Once cooled, slice the pieces into small portions. (If using loose meat, crumble into small pieces before cooking.)

Fry the bacon until crisp, then remove it to a paper towel-lined plate to drain and cool. Once cool, crumble.
Reserve any drippings.

Add a tablespoon of the drippings back to the pan and scramble the eggs. Don’t overcook – they will continue to cook even after they’re off the heat.

Once the eggs are ready, add the sausage, bacon, ham and cheese to the pan. Mix well to combine.

To assemble:
Place a tortilla on your board. In the center add a small portion of egg mixture. Starting with the edge closest to you, fold over the ingredients. Then fold in the ends and roll.

Just before serving, heat a skillet and briefly toast the burritos – 1-2 minutes or until golden and crispy on all sides.
