Tokyo Sunset – My Adult Version of a Disney Cocktail You can Make at Home

The flavors of coconut, banana, peaches and pineapple all come together to make the Tokyo Sunset. Inspired by a cocktail made famous at the Japanese Pavilion at Walt Disney World, my version is a bit more adult and more coconut forward.

=== 🍽🍸🥩 RECIPE ===
1 1/2 ounce (45 ml) Coconut Rum
1 ounce (30 ml) Peach Schnapp
1 ounce (30 ml) Banana Liqueur
2 ounces (60 ml) Pineapple Juice
Splash of Grenadine

Combine coconut rum, peach schnapps, banana liqueur, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into a clean glass filled with ice.
Drizzle a bit of grenadine into the drink. Garnish with maraschino cherries
