When Gin And Apricot Brandy Collide: The Apricot Velvet Cloud Cocktail

My Apricot Velvet Cloud Cocktail combines floral flavors of gin with apricot brandy, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and a pillowy cloud of foamy egg whites.

=== 🍽🍸🥩 RECIPE ===
1 ounce (30ml) Gin
1 ounce (30ml) Apricot Brandy
1 ounce (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 ounce (15ml) Simple Syrup
1 Egg white
Garnish: Apricot wedge or sprig of mint

Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
