=== 🍽🍸🥩 RECIPE ===
Cocktail:
1 1/2 ounces (45ml) Limoncello
1 1/2 ounces (45ml) Vanilla Vodka
1/2 ounce (15ml) Whipped Cream Vodka
3/4 ounce (22.5ml) Bourbon Cream
3 Dashes of Lemon Bitters
For the glass:
Zest of 2 lemons
4 ounces (113g) Granulated sugar
For the garnish:
Lemon pound cake (or other lemon cake)
Lemon Wedges
To prepare the garnish: On a hot grill or grill pan, place a thick slice of lemon cake, just long enough to give it sear marks on both sides.
To prepare the glass – In a small bowl, combine the sugar and lemon zest. Toss well to combine. Spread the sugar mixture on a dish large enough for the rim of a martini glass. Rub the rim of the glass with a lemon, then dip it into the sugar mixture to coat the rim.
To prepare the cocktail: combine the Limoncello, Vanilla vodka, Whipped Cream vodka, Bourbon Cream and Lemon Bitters in a shaker filled with ice, then shake well to combine.
Double strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a cube of lemon cake and a slice of lemon.
