Coconut Rum, Cranberry & Pineapple Punch

As easy as 3-2-1, this punch gets it’s taste of the tropics from coconut rum. Whether made as a single drink, or by the gallon, my Coconut Rum, Cranberry & Pineapple punch is always a big hit. This recipe makes two versions, one a cocktail and one a fizzy punch.

Coconut Rum, Cranberry & Pineapple Punch Recipe
3 parts Coconut Rum
2 parts Cranberry
1 part Pineapple
Dash Grenadine
Dash Lime
Ginger Ale (optional)

Combine in a shaker over ice, shake well. Serve in a martini glass w/a garnish of lime. Or server over ice in a rocks glass and top with Ginger Ale
