Today’s Cocktail – Cranberry Margarita – Holiday Edition
Rim Garnish:
1 lime wedge
2 ounces (56g) turbinado sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Margarita:
3 ounces (90ml) Cranberry Juice
2 ounces (60ml) Tequila Reposado
1 ounce (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 ounce (15ml) Orange Liqueur (recommend Cointreau)

Combine the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a shallow dish. Rim the glass with the wedge of lime, then dip it into the sugar mixture. Fill the glass with ice and set aside.

Combine the cranberry, tequila, lime juice, and orange liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until cold, then strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with fresh cranberries and/or a slice of lime if desired.
