Deviled Crab Dip
Is your idea of dip some onion soup mix and sour cream? My Deviled Crab Dip Recipe takes the fresh flavor of crabs and ups the ante with fresh ingredients and some zesty hot sauce. They say the Devil is in the details, but this dip is so easy since I am using canned crab meat. When your guests are raving over this dip, just tell them that the Devil made you do it.
1/2 pound crab meat
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped flat leaf parsley
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (or more to taste)
Old Bay Seasoning (optional)
Salt & Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover tightly and chill for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
Garnish with lemon wedges, fresh parsley and a light sprinkle of Old Bay seasoning. Serve with crackers, toast points, cucumber slices.
