Grilled Asparagus with Gremolata

Gremolata:
2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped
Zest of 1 large lemon
2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
To prepare the gremolata, combine ingredients in a small bowl and mix well with a fork
Asparagus:
1 pound (450 g) asparagus, woody ends removed
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat. Let the pan get extremely hot.
Place the asparagus in a sheet pan in a single layer. Add the olive oil, salt and pepper, toss to combine.
Place asparagus in the hot grill pan and grill for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Transfer to a serving dish, and sprinkle with the gremolata.
