— Kir Royale:
1/2 ounce Crème de Cassis
Blackberries or Raspberries
Champagne or Prosecco or other sparkling wine

Pour 1/2 ounce of Cassis in the flute. Fill the glass with the Champagne or other sparkling wine. Garnish with a blackberry or raspberry in the bottom of the glass.

— Bellini:
1 ounce of peach nectar or peach puree
Champagne or Prosecco or other sparkling wine

Pour 1 ounce or peach nectar or puree in the bottom in the flute Fill the glass with the Champagne or other sparkling wine. Garnish with a slice of peach.

— Champagne Cocktail:
1 sugar cube
2 drops Angostura bitters
1/2 ounce Cognac

Place the sugar cube in the bottom of the flute. Add 2 drops of bitters and the 1/2 ounce Cognac. Fill the glass with the Champagne or other sparkling wine.
