Apple Bourbon Manhattan (makes 2 drinks)
6 oz (180ml) Apple bourbon
3 oz (90ml) Sweet vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
Combine in a shaker over ice. Stir well to combine and chill.
Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Apple Cinnamon version: Add 1 ounce Goldschlager or Fireball
