Saddle up for a flavor adventure with “Devils on Horseback” – a bite-sized appetizer of dates stuffed with blue cheese and wrapped in bacon. Just like a potato chip, you can’t just eat one.
=== 🍽🍸🥩 RECIPE ===
12 dates, pitted
4 ounces (113g) blue cheese
6 slices bacon, cut in half. (Note: Don’t use thick sliced bacon)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice the dates open, being careful to not cut all the way in half.
Stuff each date with a bit of blue cheese.
Wrap each stuffed date in bacon.
Place seam side down on a rack in a foil-lined pan, and bake for 30 minutes or until bacon is at your desired crispiness.
Serve warm.
