Homemade Chimichurri Sauce: A Flavor Explosion in 5 Minutes

Craving a burst of fresh flavor? My chimichurri sauce recipe is insanely quick and easy to make! Packed with vibrant herbs and a hint of spice, it’s the perfect condiment to elevate any dish.

=== RECIPE ===
1 bunch (140g) flat leaf parsley, tough stems trimmed
2 tablespoons fresh oregano
1 small shallot
1 jalapeño, seeded
2 garlic cloves
6 ounces (180ml) extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Salt & Pepper

In a food processor, combine the parsley oregano, shallot, jalapeño, and garlic.

Pulse a few times to chop roughly. Then add the oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Pulse a few more times to combine. The sauce should be finely chopped but still have some texture.
