Make Flavorful Pasta With Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce In Under 15 Minutes!
Calling all cheese aficionados and pasta addicts! You’re in for a treat as we unveil my Pasta with Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce. Let’s explore the art of balancing the bold flavors of Gorgonzola cheese with the delicate notes of pasta that will have you coming back for seconds.

1 pound (450g) farfalle
5 ounces (150ml) heavy cream
8 ounces (230g) Gorgonzola Cheese (rind removed)
2 teaspoons fresh Sage, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
Pinch of sugar
Splash of Pasta water
Salt & Pepper
Cook the pasta in salted water to al dente according to the package directions.
While the pasta cooks, make the sauce.
In a large saucepan, combine the Gorgonzola, cream, and sugar. Heat gently, stirring frequently, until the cheese is melted. Remove from the heat. When the pasta is done, add to the sauce along with a splash of the pasta water and the chopped sage. Toss to combine. Season with black pepper.
