The BEST Way to Enjoy a Reuben: Hot Cheesy Reuben Dip
Are you craving the Reuben sandwich experience but want something fun and shareable? Watch me take savory corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, and gooey Swiss cheese and turn it into a cheesy, hot Reuben dip!

8 ounces (225g) Corned Beef, diced
8 ounces (225g) Cream Cheese, softened
8 ounces (225g) Swiss Cheese, shredded
8 ounces Sauerkraut, drained
4 ounces (60ml) Sour Cream
2 teaspoons Caraway seeds
1 tablespoon Ketchup
1 tablespoon Spicy Brown Mustard
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the corned beef, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, sour cream, ketchup and mustard. Spoon into a 1 quart (945ml) baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
