How to Make Pennsylvania Dutch Hot Bacon Dressing

If you like bacon, you’re going to love my Hot Bacon Dressing. This Pennsylvania Dutch Staple is sweet, sour, smokey and silky.

=== 🍽🍸🥩 RECIPE ===
4 – 5 slices of bacon
1 egg, beaten
4 ounces (112 g) granulated sugar
2 ounces (60 ml) apple cider vinegar
2 ounces (60 ml) water

Fry the bacon until crisp, set aside to cool, reserve the drippings in the pan. Turn off the heat beneath the pan.
Beat the egg until well mixed.

In a bowl, combine the water, vinegar and egg. Mix well to make sure it’s well combined. While the pan is still warm,
add the sugar and stir to combine with the drippings. Then, stir in the vinegar egg mixture.

Take 2 strips of bacon, and crumble/chop finely and add to the dressing. Mix well.

Can be used as a dressing for salads, potatoes, vegetables.
