Tom Collins and John Collins

Bright and refreshing, the Collins family of drinks, Tom Collins and John Collins are a sour cocktail using an alcohol spirit, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a ratio of 3-2-1. Topped with sparking club soda or seltzer and garnished with fresh fruits, you can make a variety of Collins drinks. Use Gin for a Tom Collins, Bourbon for a John Collins, Vodka for a Vodka Collins and Tequila for a Juan Collins. Even try Black Vodka for Barnabas Collins. Check the recipe below for other Collins.
